Challenge Update

Week one down! If you remember, each participant was to strive to lose 1 lb a week, and set a mini goal. Last week I set two mini-goals, to track everything I ate and to walk daily. Here is how I did.

  • Lose 1 lb a week: I lost 3 this week, for a grand total of 55lbs lost forever.
  • Track everything : Everything was weighed, measured and tracked. I have a WW 3 month journal that is so much easier to use than the small ones they give you at the meetings.
  • Walk daily: I walked every day, except for the day that we had thunderstorms.
My mini-goals for next week are to continue tracking and walking, but to do two laps instead of one.

Thanks, Christine! I still have a long way to go, but being over 1/2 way there feels great!
